Pros
After my first month here, I can say that for sure this company is a huge learning platform, after 12 years in a "traditional" company this is a complete paradigm change, so it is great to learn a new disruptive way to work and also sharing team with huge talented peole.
Cons
If you're used to highly structured processes it may take some time to get used to how the company works. The hiring process is kind of confusing for someone that is not part of the company because there is not a lot of communication.
