We've been working on providing more support for our managers, including creating a Leadership and Management Guild, and building targeted training courses led by our Management and Leadership Development Manager.
At the moment, we're going through an internal restructuring which will address many of the concerns you have highlighted, including introducing Functions that will ensure greater cohesion across the board.
We have worked hard to build a collaborative and nurturing environment where we enable people to be autonomous and learn from one another, but learn fast. We appreciate that this may not be the environment for everyone, but we want to help every Revoluter thrive.
