We value and appreciate all of our people and we strive to help them to be successful at Revolut. We’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t your experience.
We are a very ambitious company and we want all our people to be effective so we’re working to improve the processes that help us run the business (including KPI setting and performance reviews) all the time. While some of our people are at early stages in their career, others are very experienced. While we disagree with several of the inferences you have drawn about how we run the business, we will make sure your comments are passed on and take action where improvements can be made.
