Hello, thank you for your comment. Companies take many approaches to UX and product ownership, and our approach may not be the same as your experience elsewhere. It is not that any team is more important than the other or to imply any lack of trust or respect. Product teams have a wider overview of everything related to the product (GTM, roadmaps, information from key stakeholders) so we ask that other teams take their lead. If this workflow isn't working well we recommend discussing it with your line manager and do please be willing to suggest solutions. We like to think that we're open to different routes if they get us to our destination. Glassdoor reviews are always voluntary. We'd never suggest that anyone contributes anything but their own experience as it's your views that count.
