Pros

High base salary, flexible working hours, remote work options

Cons

The company has a very poor management structure (at least that’s what I experienced in my department). Decisions are enforced from top down, sometimes coming directly from the CEO without any negotiations and proof of concept. Another issue is the overall company culture. In most of the cases the management does not want to hear of the structural problems in the workflow and instead of fixing them you will be expected to spend a huge amount of time on inefficient workarounds.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
