Hello! We appreciate your review! Revolut is a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company. We’ve accomplished a great deal in a short period of time, and this ambitious and dynamic environment can be challenging at times. We believe that having clear performance expectations helps us all focus on the same objectives and enables us to provide support where it's needed. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are discussed and agreed upon between managers and employees to ensure we’re all on the same page and depeneds on employee seniorty & experience. When establishing goals, we’re guided by our values: Never Settle, Get it Done, and Deliver WOW.
