Pros
The company overall has had a lot of great success and growing well. Ambition is very high and that shows for much of the talent as well.
Cons
Culture can be tough and managers aren't well skilled in managing teams vs. being individual performers. Doesn't value properly strategic partners that it works with, making partner relationships very contentious rather than supportive. The company tries to operate on a timeline that is substantially faster than the rest of the market, sometimes in order to meet this timeline, you end up devaluaing a lot of work or the product.
