Joined the co. to get experience working in a startup but the culture of the company is not good. After the initial typical honeymoon period you start to see the true colors . They are very kpi oriented and just look at the numbers and don't care about the potential . One strike and you are out of the company . If you are looking for something like zero job stability and zero employee centric culture masked behind meritocratic and fast paced culture with competitive perks then this is for you . They say they value innovation but there is zero tolerance for even a single mistake.
