Pros

Work remotely, avoiding hours of commuting to the office Flexibility, while you're achieving your goals and doing your work you can follow the schedule that fits better to you Work-life balance, tasks are realistic, respecting an 8-hour workday Competitive salary, good compensation and benefits Very good management, supportive and effective leadership (at least in my case)

Cons

Limited employee engagement, here’s a noticeable lack of connection to the company’s vision and mission, with few opportunities to align on goals and updates. Lack of transparency, objectives, OKRs, and progress are not regularly communicated, which can create a sense of disconnection. Rare in-person interactions, opportunities for team bonding through face-to-face gatherings are infrequent, which can impact collaboration and team cohesion.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
