Revolut is a place where hard work and meeting objectives is rewarded. It is clear and quantitative when you are performing or over-performing, which makes progression and promotion clear and evidence-based.
Cons
Oftentimes, colleagues are required to work more than the standard 8 hours per day. You will be surrounded by colleagues who are continually pushing to deliver for customers, which can eat into mornings, evenings and weekends. For many, this is not a negative, but for a few, it will be.

Cons
- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
