      Pros

      Pay is excellent and progression for promotion is transparent. Nobody tells you when to work or what your schedule should be, 100% flexible Work from home reimbursement on new equipment Good overall environment in the team

      Cons

      Super fast paced. No real or practical training, you have to search things and figure it out on your own with little skills at first. Challenging and demanding environment, not for everyone unless deals well with pressure and deadlines.
