Pros

The majority of people who work at RHODDY are great individuals. Program coordinators and program managers all get along and are willing to help each other out, even cross programs. Plus, free parking and a relaxed dress code.

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrible. Empty promises are frequently made, and employees are used like pawns in a game of chess. New changes and decisions are constantly being made without informing employees. A new policy can be reinforced without you even knowing about this new policy. New employees are brought into the company with no introductions, which can cause a lot of surprise and confusion. There is no job security. Employees are constantly in fear of being fired every day. The turnover rate is extremely high, even for an agency. Opinions and input are unwelcomed, and you will be belittled if you try to have any differencing opinions on anything. For an agency that has been around for 10+ years, the current processes in place are archaic. There are no management tools. Changes and developments in programs are simply shouted across the room or brought up in weekly meetings, which means that you may not know about significant updates in a program until a week later. Half of the building is a warehouse, but there is no warehouse inventory system. Wages are one of the lowest wages in the industry with the in-field team being paid close to minimum wage. Everything is made last minute in-house, which often results in poor workmanship. There are constant whispers of racist and sexist comments throughout the office. To top it off, the internet does not work half the time.

Pros

People with great knowledge and overall expertise in each department. Since the company has been in business for no longer than 7 years, there aren't many people, so you get to experience every process and it's easy to talk to every person and learn from them. They company has a fantastic team of workers. It's hard to come across a company with such knowledgeable people. Management is incredibly skilled and that's very inspiring. Most people are friendly, happy to engage in conversation and explain what they do and how they do it.

Cons

Lack of employee engagement, most employees feel afraid to speak to management and management doesn't seem to appreciate employee feedback. Poor pay and almost military-like hours. Employees are scared to leave 1 minute before 5 even if they have accomplished a great day of work. Passive-aggressive comments and constant patronizing makes it hard to implement new ideas and collaborate with teams.
