Pros

When I left. A load was lifted and I was free from torture and evel

Cons

Racist, unprofessional, sexist, sexist, sexist. This place is a cesspool. It is a negative toxic inhumane torture chamber. It was twisted. They violate every labor law imaginable. All the good reviews are from management from different computers. If there were no fake reviews the rating would be about 1.5. This company needs to be investigated and fast. The EEOC needs to secret shop this place. The things that go on in this organization are DANGEROUS!!!!

Pros

This job gives you a lot of freedom—you're trusted to handle responsibilities without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. The benefits are amazing with plenty of time off and chances to travel for work at events in lux venues. It's 100% remote. You get flexibility without a lot of red tape, and you can easily connect with the CEO. The work-life balance is good and people who enjoy the role tend to stick around for many years (10,20+). Hard work is appreciated and rewarded, and it’s pretty cool to be part of top-notch B2B events and a chance to mingle with chiefs of industries.

Cons

No formal training, but many willing to help, if you ask! Some long hours to be expected around events.

Pros

I've been working with Richmond Events for over 10 years and this place is just like home. I appreciate all that I have learned in the industry. They offer 100% medical, dental & other benefits which are hard to find in today's markets. They believe in the work hard/play hard theory, which I have no issues with at all as they do reward you for your hard working ethics. I have to say all the negative feedbacks are due to unhappy workers who either left or were let go of because of their inabilities to work and maintain their workload. I would not have stayed with a company this long if it wasn't a great place to work at. Many who have left to look for better opportunities eventually regret it and ask to come back. We have over 4 employees who have returned....that's why we call it home.

Cons

I don't have any cons, except maybe bring back the morning breakfasts!
