Pros

When I left. A load was lifted and I was free from torture and evel

Cons

Racist, unprofessional, sexist, sexist, sexist. This place is a cesspool. It is a negative toxic inhumane torture chamber. It was twisted. They violate every labor law imaginable. All the good reviews are from management from different computers. If there were no fake reviews the rating would be about 1.5. This company needs to be investigated and fast. The EEOC needs to secret shop this place. The things that go on in this organization are DANGEROUS!!!!

Pros

There are very few pros to share about this company, where I was employed full time for 6 years

Cons

The CEO, Mark, and the entire culture is male-centric and mean spirited. I would not recommend any one work here - as evidenced by their high turnover. Mark pulled me aside during an event - in front of 100 customers - to tell me he could not fault my work, but he did not like me (OK), I had no friends (not true), and I was basically worthless (as far from truth as possible). One word: Transference

Pros

This box requires me to write 20 words. My inability to do do tells me everything you need to know. One word would sum it up - 'none'

Cons

- Appalling salaries - A management structure that rewards people who stay a the company for a long time, rather than those who actually provide the most value - Staggeringly incompetent middle & senior management - The company resolutely sticks to a laughably out-dated business model. Long-term survival will depend on their ability to innovate - sadly, innovation was virtually non-existent while i was there
