Worst disability service provider to work for! - Administrator Rocky Bay Employee Review

Extremely BAD management! Many colleagues have been bullied and intimidated to force them out or have been bullied, intimidated and micro managed to meet impossible targets so they can easily sack you. So many good people I have worked with have been sacrificed. Rocky Bay senior management have employed young little Hitlers to aggressively cut staff only to re employ their own friend into positions. I would NOT recommend this organisation to anyone!
