Busy work. Depending on the area you get assigned to work load and flexibility can vary. Favoritism. Can be a high stress environment. Certain areas do not believe in work life balance. Management love to micromanage and listen to themselves talk. Many meetings. Meetings that can be emails are your day in and day out. The actual office space is dated.
