Pros

20% and decent competitive pay

Cons

Very very very dirty and ghetto and unwelcoming to people that are not of the same nature. I am white and live in a upper class area of Atlanta and the crew at the store were all from lesser parts of town and made me feel so uncomfortable I quit on my first day. I have never been racist, I am Jewish, and that was unbelievably disgusting.

Pros

It was a solid, easy first job and I learned a lot about working retail.

Cons

They gave us an "efficiency grade" each week based on how little idle time there was during the checkout process, but this meant that we had to take extra steps throughout the process to make sure we paused the checkout while removing hangers and hard tags, and this resulted in customers not being able to see their total while the screen was paused. This was back in 2022 but it was a very overkill and unnecessary system. The assistant managers would turn their walkie talkies off and I would miss breaks regularly while working the fitting room because I wasn't allowed to leave my post and I couldn't reach out to the assistant managers. The store was always disorganized.
