Pros

I enjoy my job, my duties and my coworkers. Its a high paced, fun place to work. I really enjoy working with the public.

Cons

Part time employees don't get enough hours. On average I'm scheduled 13-15 hours per week and have to volunteer on my days off to get extra hours. Corporate only allows part time employees to have no more than 24.50 hours per week, but our new store manager has cut part timers back even more only allowing us to have 20-22 hours a week max(if we are lucky). Usually we get scheduled several short shifts a week 4 or 5 hours a day when scheduled. 30-40 hours for a 2 week pay check at $9.00/hr is hardly enough for a single person to make it on. Most of us are trying to support a family of 3,4,5 or more and its just not enough.

Pros

Nice Campus, plenty of employee parking. And that's about all I can say.

Cons

Their training is fast-paced and unforgiving. After the top supervisor told me it would take 10 projects before truly learning the position, I was let go after not even 3 weeks. The day before they had a meeting they talked about how many positions they needed to fill. The workload is very fast paced and I don't feel like the training people were truly dedicated to teaching new onboards because they are so bogged down with their own workloads and don't have the patience for people who don't know everything automatically. Communication with team members was lacking & unclear a lot of the time.
