      Pros

      Communication and teamwork is beneficial working here with other employees. Ross employees are provided with store discount to buy whatever items we want.

      Cons

      The job is fast paced every week and becomes overwhelming to work. Cashiers are timed for how fast we scan and bag items, which is too much to handle when dealing with multiple customers. You have to move quickly with little time to clean up to help customers, staying longer at your shift than expected.

      Pros

      Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
