      Unprofessional Unstable Unethical leadership Rubaroc is a family owned and operated business with a top heavy management team that is entitled and unconcerned with growth. Their installation team is also a father/son duo so anyone without one of two last names will never rise through the company ranks, even if they wanted to

      Easy work. Mostly data entry and administrative duties. The pay was nice too

      Startup. Not very diverse. They want you to wear many hats but little instruction.

      Pros

      They are very nice, friendly, and fun to be around. Always joking around and a nice family feel to the company. Except for president.

      Cons

      While you can walk in and it appear like you’ll get the job, and you get the job, they will string you along with false hope of a future there. They will tell you that you are doing a great job, enjoy your stuff, and then drop a bomb on you out of left field with absolutely no explanation. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
