Their installation team is also a father/son duo so anyone without one of two last names will never rise through the company ranks, even if they wanted to

      Pros

      Being a family run company you get an honest view of everyone. The company seems to garner a lot of attention as a high end product and as such is quite desirable. This leads to many calls and inquiries and eventually sales.

      Cons

      Being a family run company you get an honest view of everyone. The company seems to focus more on their personal problems with each other and forgets the clients. Constantly buying cheaper materials without testing first leads to installs that are unsatisfactory. They tend to not stand behind their own warranties and clients have to fight tooth and nail to get their installs done right.

      They are very nice, friendly, and fun to be around. Always joking around and a nice family feel to the company. Except for president.

      Cons

      While you can walk in and it appear like you’ll get the job, and you get the job, they will string you along with false hope of a future there. They will tell you that you are doing a great job, enjoy your stuff, and then drop a bomb on you out of left field with absolutely no explanation. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
