After muktiple decades of service, barely making $25/hour. Management is cutting employee hours by 10%+ in a tactical manner that keeps us just above the threshold of being able to claim unemployment. The tactical slowdowns are planned months in advance. We could easily have a full week of slowdown every 2 months that would qualify for an unemployment claim and limit our lost income.
