During merger between SIRVA-BGRS, it seems more like a SIRVA takeover. -reduction of benefits: I.e. 40% less in 401K contribution than BGRS offered prior; EAP that minimizes eligible providers; adds hoops to jump through to receive HSA match -through the addition of a clunky new system that replaced Outlook and emails, Zendesk multiplies work by losing information, requiring multiple steps in order to answer and file a “ticket”, and grading methods that scrutinize grammar, empathy, email formatting, etc. -The new systems feel like a micromanaging effort as it also keeps track of how much time each tasks takes -I have weathered multiple storms when I was at BGRS legacy prior to the merger with SIRVA. It is clear that the issues we are facing is not merely growing pains, it is a clue to what to expect for the future of the company - devaluing of relocation consultants and muting the consultant’s feedback on the role
