Pros

free friday lunch, fizzy water and a few scant snacks?

Cons

- There were 3 CEOs in the past two years (Rory O’Connell is no longer CEO) - non-existent leadership - no communication from executive team, they are never here in the office - no product roadmap provided - culture is toxic, sexist and stuck in the 80s - CEO only makes excuses and throws his employees under the bus - everyone is leaving - anyone who knew anything about the product already left - everyone is getting laid off - no job security for those of us who have stuck around - exec team are dreamers - came out of retirement and don't know anything about the media business - sales team gets no support - marketing leaders lack understanding of marketing in the digital age

Pros

A porch at the HQ JC office (where a select few still work) and a seltzer machine (that replaced the free beer)

Cons

"New" leadership team is a crew of overpaid, newly un-retired individuals that promised the moon and couldn't bring in one deal. The pivot to data/insights inherently was the right thought, but it is largely failing for SITO because there is absolutely zero strategy for implementation. They don't understand the product, let alone the larger ecosystem that exists post 80s-tech. Large swaths of hardworking, dedicated individuals have taken a hit in their careers because of this leadership team that ran the company into the ground. Diverse NY/NJ-based individuals (representation from all walks of life – color, LGBTQ, women especially) were laid off, all while unexplainably making Dallas a new hub and wasting shareholder money on executives' T&E to essentially live bicoastal. All in all, the check that they thought would be easily made off of a vulnerable startup is proving much harder to cash.
