Pros
Helping nature and huge trust by senior management. Freedom to do research on any topic you like. Encouraging seniors. A place to get huge knowledge (by yourself) in starting of career.
Cons
Senior staff only encourages up to a certain level, but after that they will start suppressing you. Some of the decisions made by management are really bad, and will very badly affect your career growth after say 2 yrs. Lot of politics. Very bad work life balance.
