      Great place for a fresher ... but not good for experienced.

      Pros

      Helping nature and huge trust by senior management. Freedom to do research on any topic you like. Encouraging seniors. A place to get huge knowledge (by yourself) in starting of career.

      Cons

      Senior staff only encourages up to a certain level, but after that they will start suppressing you. Some of the decisions made by management are really bad, and will very badly affect your career growth after say 2 yrs. Lot of politics. Very bad work life balance.

      There is nothing of pros, Need to push every day hardly with politics.

      Cons

      Full of politics, No proper lead, Top management never allow people to come up, false promises, too much of firings. job instability. No Process, People should fall to feet of inexperienced leads / managers to get promotion or hikes.
