Given recruitment tools - LinkedIn recruiter. Recognised to some extent for deals. Anonymity - given ownership on desk and direction (only if your doing deals) Ok incentives and achievable.
Cons
Lads club - inner circle mob mentality. Politics. Low Comms. Half the management not hands on Old method spam and pray mentality No creative recruitment Very transactional
