Good experience so far - Engagement Manager Saama Technologies Employee Review

Joined Saama as a Program Manager & have been with them for 6 months now. Overall, the experience has been very positive. You get access to the right tools, training & people to improve your knowledge base. Enough opportunities are available to get involved with, in the areas of sales, projects & internal management initiatives. The senior management is very approachable & encourages you to come forward & share your experiences & concerns. The pay structure is very good as well. The one thing I especially like is their interest in keeping the families involved, through various events that are organized on a quarterly basis.
