Pros

Remote work, good cause, good benefits package

Cons

Weak/nonexistent leadership, good benefits are used to trap people into staying in a bad situation, they will use you until you’re at your breaking point and then will let you go, they can’t choose a direction and don’t know who they are, be cautious and don’t trust anyone lightly if you decide to join!

Pros

Working at Sano was one of the best internships I have ever had. Everyone cares about the company's mission and values and hold themselves to a high standard.

Cons

Fully remote work during the pandemic is probably the only con, but even still the team culture is so strong that it is never difficult to collaborate.

Pros

Ambitious team members who take accountability to their work. Clear communication of and alignment around company goals. Well documented processes and communication, critical for remote working Regular feedback loops. Strong values and transparent leadership team. Truly interesting and fun people who you'd want to get a pint with outside of work.

Cons

As with every early stage startup there is always a decent amount of uncertainty, this. is true about Sano as well. Specifically, we are still figuring out product, market, pricing and lots of other aspects of how best to position ourselves to succeed. If you'd prefer more certainty, this may not be the place for you. If you're a problem solver, you'll thrive.
