Pros

I worked with this company full-time for over a year and found the products to be excellent. The employee allowance is generous and I am grateful for the professional growth and learning opportunities I experienced during my time.

Cons

However, prospective employees should be aware of the internal culture. The environment is currently governed by an outdated 'command and control' hierarchy that, in my experience, lacks basic decency and respect for employee wellbeing. I witnessed persistent bullying behavior that unfortunately appeared to be modeled from the top down. While the brand itself is strong, the toxic atmosphere is significantly behind the times and can be detrimental to mental health. If you are considering joining the company, I would advise having a clear exit strategy, as the current culture is not designed for long term sustainability or professional psychological safety.

Pros

A. Sarah is very hand's on within the business and works closely with everyone at Head office on a daily/ weekly basis, i had the best time working with her, The CEO and everyone at HQ - everyone is so supportive and works as one team. B. Lot's of room to grow, if you have a strategy to help grow the company, it's listened to, it is questioned (very normal for an independant company, but wouldn't it be more concerning if no one cared and did not give feedback?) and then your left to run with it. C. Got several promotions D. Company has major growth and not slowing down E. It's very hands on, you have control and overview of your own projects, you have to understand there is a budget, not unlimited due to no outside investment, which is actually a positive, as it makes you work smarter and learn.

Cons

No major cons but here are honestly the ones i experienced A. Marketing can be slow for retail deadlines, which was a real disappointment at times, but this was improved before I left. B. Operations was a disaster at one point, but very lucky the business hired a great opps manager to help fix everything C. Could work more with influencers

Pros

Free products every quarter. Nice location of office. Sarah is still heavily involved in NDP and being in the office. 50% off line and a small discount on boutique treatments,

Cons

Terrible resource planning Lie about promotion opportunity’s. Very secretive about what they are up to. Offer a bonus but make it impossible to achieve. No clinic or medical discount. No healthcare. One set of rules for one people And other for others. Last minute changes to launch’s that cause delay.
