Go back on their decision if they’ve actually made one. - no progression for employees or action plans. - no flexibility with remote working. - employees from the head office and the clinic are always job hunting. - huge turnover in the head office and the clinic due to all of the above. Senior leadership don’t care to read exit interviews or reviews - HR has tried to make things better but senior leadership ignores it.
