Pros

Good products and a good location

Cons

- toxic environment due to senior leadership and the people close to them. - bullying from senior leadership which filters through people close to them. - no brand direction or processes in place to support employees. - Senior leadership plays people off on one another. - employees get treated differently, it’s one thing for their favourites and another for everyone else. - big blame culture. don’t take accountability for the lack of leadership or professionalism - no trust in employees, feels like school. - poor pay. - difficulties making decisions. Go back on their decision if they’ve actually made one. - no progression for employees or action plans. - no flexibility with remote working. - employees from the head office and the clinic are always job hunting. - huge turnover in the head office and the clinic due to all of the above. Senior leadership don’t care to read exit interviews or reviews - HR has tried to make things better but senior leadership ignores it.

Pros

A. Sarah is very hand's on within the business and works closely with everyone at Head office on a daily/ weekly basis, i had the best time working with her, The CEO and everyone at HQ - everyone is so supportive and works as one team. B. Lot's of room to grow, if you have a strategy to help grow the company, it's listened to, it is questioned (very normal for an independant company, but wouldn't it be more concerning if no one cared and did not give feedback?) and then your left to run with it. C. Got several promotions D. Company has major growth and not slowing down E. It's very hands on, you have control and overview of your own projects, you have to understand there is a budget, not unlimited due to no outside investment, which is actually a positive, as it makes you work smarter and learn.

Cons

No major cons but here are honestly the ones i experienced A. Marketing can be slow for retail deadlines, which was a real disappointment at times, but this was improved before I left. B. Operations was a disaster at one point, but very lucky the business hired a great opps manager to help fix everything C. Could work more with influencers

Pros

Free products every quarter. Nice location of office. Sarah is still heavily involved in NDP and being in the office. 50% off line and a small discount on boutique treatments,

Cons

Terrible resource planning Lie about promotion opportunity’s. Very secretive about what they are up to. Offer a bonus but make it impossible to achieve. No clinic or medical discount. No healthcare. One set of rules for one people And other for others. Last minute changes to launch’s that cause delay.
