Flexible working hours - 4-8 hours per shift (but there is an expectation to work for long hours and for the full week by the supervisor)
Cons
Human resource is a mess. Unreasonable and rude supervisor - expected a Flexi staff to work a full week, lack of proper training and unclear instructions are given.
