Wonderful environment to work in. Pay is great, people are friendly and professional. It was nice to be in a work environment where everyone comes in to do their job, but are also eager to help another when and if in need. Clean environment, often would have lunch for everyone on site. Nice to include all for a town meeting, lunch, or gift. Highly recommend.

CSR manager needs better training, doesn't take corrective reviews very well, is always defensive, and wants everything her way. She doesn't listen to understand, she listens to respond.
