Pros

The only pro that comes to mind were the excellent discounts at restaurants and other properties owned by the Scott Family.

Cons

-pay versus workload is wildly disproportionate, 50 hours minimum only 80 hours for two weeks is addressed on paycheck. - no paid holidays for salary managers , holiday pay for hourly employees DOES NOT EXIST -Upper management only creates more problems for workers, not solutions. -micromanagement from director is unbearable. No human should be subjected to the kind of work environment director creates. -stress put on workers unfortunately works itself down onto guests. -holiday hours are MANDATORY -training on every level (minus lifeguarding)doesn't exist. I will stand by the safety training they go through to guard. -there is no true reason to go above and beyond besides your own sanity. No bonus pay. No positive feedback.

Pros

You get free food and passes

Cons

No upward mobility Poor wages (senior leadership is making less than $65,000 a year so positions under that certainly don’t pay as much. Owners don’t care for employees Company is failing, only the hotels are profitable and the beer garden. Splash is losing money, and peak n peak is losing money. Sons of Mr Scott hold leadership strictly because of Nepotism, very little to no business knowledge between the two.
