Awful leadership who pass the blame on colleagues below them. Senior leaders have made terrible decisions such as the embark acquisition which has led to many redundancies which does not include senior leaders. Poor pay and unrealistic targets with lack of career progression. The companies main goal is to become part of the “top three” but are heading towards the bottom three.
