Inclusive work culture, work from home opportunities.
Cons
Literally everything. there is no room for advancement, management refuses to take time to learn the job duties of the people they’re supervising, there is no accessible legal team.

The senior team has a clear vision for the future. Management is empowered to do their job, The credit union staff are the most amazing and supportive staff I've ever worked with. There is lots of positive change happening which makes the future exciting. Remote positions available for work and life balance.
Cons
There are some working silos, but the credit union is actively working through this to hold more meetings and be more transparent about activities.
