Very rural organization structure, with little established department names - hence, hard to understand who does what. Unbelievable for a company of this size The company has most of staff located in India, hence, the company itself "lives" by Indian timezone. So, if helpdesk staff needs to resolve a ticket, and it's too early for your timezone - they will not care and still call you multiple times. Management seems to prioritize "pleasing" the clients, while the company lacks in simple processes to help with workload management and prioritization. There is NO benefits/bonuses. Performance review processes are not clear and lack formal organization (except in India). Current system doesn't reward people who contribute more than they're expected to.
