Great socially, always got along well with colleagues and customers
Cons
Salary is low for the physical work required, unreasonable working hours (over 50 hours in some weeks), salary structure is poor (everyone being paid the same regardless of experience and quality), opportunities to work in other areas of the store were blocked as they refused to let me off of shop floor (victim of own success)
