      Good brand, ok offerings. Not as known as they think

      Cons

      Directors make it up as they go along and don't think of the logistics. Their turn over is much worse than what they report on. Was told there isn't any pressure to begin with but literally walked into instant pressure and no training. I brought on board systems that would help their business massively and Business Development seamless for a new SDR to work from but was then let go without notice or warning. They're looking at getting Ai to replace people anyway... like that would work.

      Can’t really think of any and I worked here a fair amount of time

      Senior management are very toxic which drips down to the staff they create a toxic environment and encourage it Nepotism everywhere everyone knows someone and if your manager’s favourite you will get promotion over those who are hard workers and skilled Disrespectful senior management Admin and sales do not work together sales treat admin like they are their personal assistants in keeping their customers happy If your face doesn’t fit within management you will experience poor treatment Progression is not earnt it is cherry picked to preferred staff

      Management poor in general No upward trajectory Anything outside of the sales team doesn’t matter
