Insight on new products Discount (I guess) Gratis Training Always busy

Horrible management that even supported bullying & personal vendettas against people. No work/life balance, they could careless if you have a family or not! Bad schedules that never gave enough coverage when we needed it. You had to wait eons for gratis & or beg for it to even get a tiny bit of it. In all regards they work you like a slave, wether it's restocking product, doing a skin iq on someone or even doing a color match for foundation. You could never come up for air, there was always something going on either with customers or BS drama with coworkers.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
