Pros

You get a lot of free products ever month. The education around it wass great. Wicked pay and the employees were usually so awesome. Not a tone of pressure from sales as sephora always does well anyway.

Cons

Specialists and store directors. Usually the leads were ok. But any higher than that were just awful. They absolutely pick favorites. And they put way to much emotion into a business. The top managers would usually call you out in front of other employees and call you horrible names. They also try to be way too sensitive when it comes to the employees. They train their managers in seminars to speak to them as children and to undermine them.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
