      Pros

      Good wage for retail management. Good bonus opportunities. Inspiring senior leadership in Canada and the US. You have the chance to really connect with clients and impact their lives in a positive way. Gratis and discount. Great teamwork in store and across the district. Great place to start your career and develop leadership skills. Lots of opportunity to grow in store and internal promotion is the norm.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for advancement outside the store level if you don't live in Montreal or Toronto. Wages for cast are too low for what is expected of them.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
