Gratis, gratis, gratis! It is great to be part of a growing company.

Cons

The return policy is constantly abused by clients that feel entitled to luxury items that some cannot afford. This causes them to be abusive to the staff when they do not get their way, even though they keep turning over the same purchase over and over.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
