Pros

-Great brand training -Good Pay -Gratis -Nice cast (most of the time) -Fun environment

Cons

-Terrible scheduling; forget about requesting a day off. Also, your availability means nothing. -Send home employees if its slow, but while its early. Which means that once the afternoon hits there are not enough cast. -No consistency. One minute they want you to follow survey feedback and check in with clients when they seem to need help, next minute they're yelling at you to tackle the only 3 people in the store ( who you just walked away from) again. -Too much focus on the actual survey than helping clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
