      Pros

      You may get lots of gratis (free products) depending on the location/store you work at. You get bonuses if store performs well and it is tiered. Lots and lots of education and development. They really try to expose you to as many trainings as possible.

      Cons

      Stores have different gratis policy and distribution methods. Low base wage, so make sure you negotiate well prior to job offer.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
