      Pros

      The access to many of best brands in the beauty industry is like no other company. The gratis given out to employees is incredible. The product knowledge you can acquire is endless.

      Cons

      The company values are not practiced on a cast, leadership or corporate level like they used to. Work Life Balance is pretty much a joke. Some employees get promoted based off tenure and not talent. The corporate people who do practice what they preach are few and far between compared to 6 years ago.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
