Pros

The company allows us to express our ideas freely and decisions and ideas are made from the bottom-up so you have a lot of say in what you want to do. Employees are friendly and collaborative. Company cares for employees with the amount of cross-team trainings, external trainings offered. Amazing work/life balance which is respected by everyone.

Cons

Depending on your team, teammates can be quite inexperienced but act like they know what they are doing. Processes can be very messy while certain projects/tasks move quite slowly in this company. Certain top management do not really align company goals very well with every team and department

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
