Pros

I worked in the digital department. It was a hard adjustment at first with the fast pace, completely different vocabulary/ acronyms for everything, and the ever changing initiatives, but I loved it once I got used to it! Management has high expectations, not a great work/life balance during Holiday, but not bad either. Bonus is EXCELLENT. I made friends there that I still hang out with outside of the job. Gratis is great too.

Cons

With so many changes, it was hard to keep track all of the time. Management's expectations to make it work even when it sacrificed the team's efficient process was challenging at times, but always came together ok.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
