Very good benefits, friendly co-workers, focus on work life balance, appealing work environment, free products, enjoyable events, lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Inconsistency in employee ratings and communications between departments and managers; below industry average compensation base pay; lacking in company wide processes and procedures; managers rewarded and promoted for micromanagement; you may be asked for feedback but you can't count on the way it will be handled or turned against you as an employee.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
